These terms govern your use of this site and of the phone booking service reached at (844) 213-5611. By calling that number or booking through Windrose Flights, you agree to them.
1. What we do
Windrose Flights is a booking service: our agents search fares across participating airlines and place reservations on your behalf. We are not an airline, and the airline you fly with is solely responsible for the flight itself — schedule, aircraft, baggage handling, and in-flight service.
2. Fares and pricing
Fares quoted on a call are pulled live and are typically held only for the duration of that call. Prices, seat availability, and fare rules can change without notice before a booking is confirmed. Once an agent confirms your itinerary and payment is processed, the price quoted for that itinerary is final.
3. Payment
Payment is collected by phone at the time of booking. By providing payment details, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method and you authorize us to charge it for the itinerary and any service fee disclosed on the call.
4. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Once a reservation is confirmed with the airline, changes and cancellations are subject to that airline's own fare rules, which the agent will explain before you book. Any service fee charged by Windrose Flights for placing the booking is separate from the airline's fare and is generally non-refundable once a reservation has been made, except where required by law.
5. Accuracy of information you provide
You're responsible for giving the agent accurate passenger names, travel dates, and contact details. Airlines routinely refuse boarding or charge correction fees for name mismatches, and Windrose Flights is not liable for costs that result from inaccurate information supplied during the call.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Windrose Flights' liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the service fee you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other actions taken by the airline.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
